What are the colours of selective sorting?

The colours of selective sorting vary according to local standards, but generally, blue is often used for paper, yellow for packaging, green for glass, and grey or black for non-recyclable waste. These colour codes facilitate waste sorting and collection.

Maintenance Instructions

Surface Maintenance

For cleaning epoxy-coated surfaces, use a soft cloth or a non-abrasive brush. Clean with a solution of neutral soap diluted in warm water.

Inner Compartment Maintenance

The inner compartment should be cleaned with a brush. It can be washed with water and mild soap, provided it is thoroughly dried afterwards. It is strongly discouraged to pour water directly into the compartment to avoid premature degradation of the product and the formation of rust.

Important Note

Ad-pro.fr products are designed for increased longevity. However, the use of aggressive chemicals, exposure to saltwater, scratches, impacts, or stagnant water in the compartments can reduce the lifespan of these products.

The standard shipping method is tracked parcel, delivered without a signature. If you require delivery with a signature, an additional cost will apply, please contact us.

Regardless of the shipping method chosen, we will provide you with a link as soon as possible that will allow you to track your parcel online. We work with national carriers such as DPD, Schenker, Colissimo.

Receipt of goods

Some of our goods are fragile: mirrors, for example. Even though we do everything possible to prevent breakage during shipping, it is very important that you check the products in the presence of the delivery person. We have handed over a new and intact product to the delivery person, who must deliver it to you in the same condition. If you have any doubts, open the parcel and carry out a complete check. If you still have doubts, refuse the parcel and notify us. We will not be able to refund the product if this check has not been carried out.

Packaging

We pack and protect all our products correctly in specific packaging perfectly adapted to the dimensions of the products.

Delivery times

Parcels are generally dispatched within 24 to 48 hours after your payment. Delivery times are indicated on each product page. Our stocks are located in France in Ain (01) and Maine-et-Loire (49).

We do not stock all products to offer you a wide choice. To be more responsive with our products, we sometimes ship them from our supplier's stock.

Custom-made products are generally shipped directly from the manufacturing workshop to speed up delivery and reduce transport costs.

Change of delivery address

You can change the delivery address at any time as long as the parcel has not yet been dispatched, just send us your new delivery address by email.

Returns

All return requests must be made by email or via the contact form. Return shipping costs are at your expense. Custom-made products cannot be returned. Please contact us for the return address, which may vary depending on the product.
