We have handed over a new and intact product to the delivery person, who must deliver it to you in the same condition. If you have any doubts, open the parcel and carry out a complete check. We pack and protect all our products correctly in specific packaging perfectly adapted to the dimensions of the products.
Parcels are generally dispatched within 24 to 48 hours after your payment. Delivery times are indicated on each product page. Our stocks are located in France in Ain (01) and Maine-et-Loire (49).
We do not stock all products to offer you a wide choice. To be more responsive with our products, we sometimes ship them from our supplier's stock.
Custom-made products are generally shipped directly from the manufacturing workshop to speed up delivery and reduce transport costs.
You can change the delivery address at any time as long as the parcel has not yet been dispatched, just send us your new delivery address by email.
All return requests must be made by email or via the contact form. Return shipping costs are at your expense. Custom-made products cannot be returned. Please contact us for the return address, which may vary depending on the product.
