How does your order work?

Choose the glass dimensions as well as the features and options from the many available options. Then place your order.

Within 24/48H, we will send you a plan and detailed characteristics of your mirror, asking for validation, with the diagram of the outer shape of the glass and the positioning of the LEDs, touch buttons, and other features of the mirror.

If you have any comments, it is always possible to modify your order.

After the complete validation of your mirror, we transfer the validated plan and characteristics for production to our workshop.

And there you go, according to the indicated timeframe, your mirror will arrive perfectly packaged at your home.

What happens if the mirror is broken? Is the transport of mirrors insured?

We hand over products to carriers in new and very good condition packaging, so they should arrive at your place in the same condition. Please systematically check the mirror as carriers can sometimes be careless. If the delivery person does not want to wait, tell them you refuse the package.

If the mirror is broken, no problem, we insure all transports and your mirror will be quickly remanufactured and reshipped, so do not take the risk of accepting the mirror if you have any doubts.

In conclusion, you take fewer risks by buying your mirror from us because you do not have to transport it in your vehicle.

Once again, no risks, the mirror is insured and will be systematically replaced by a new one in case of breakage during transport.

How to size your mirror?

The mirrors are fixed with supplied hooks, allow at least 3 cm above the mirror to slide the hooks onto their brackets.

For more comfort during installation, allow at least 2 cm on each side of the mirror to pass your fingers. If you prefer to stick the mirror to the edge of the wall, you will then need suction cups to hold the mirror during installation.

Can you install the mirror yourself?

Yes, installation is simple thanks to the supplied fixings, but it is preferable to call a professional.

Mirrors are fragile products as long as they are not fixed to the wall. For more safety, especially when they are large, always install the mirror with 2 people. Never place the mirror on an angle and provide a nearby table to lay it flat.

The standard shipping method is tracked parcel, delivered without a signature. If you require delivery with a signature, an additional cost will apply, please contact us.

Regardless of the shipping method chosen, we will provide you with a link as soon as possible that will allow you to track your parcel online. We work with national carriers such as DPD, Schenker, Colissimo.

Receipt of goods

Some of our goods are fragile: mirrors, for example. Even though we do everything possible to prevent breakage during shipping, it is very important that you check the products in the presence of the delivery person. We have handed over a new and intact product to the delivery person, who must deliver it to you in the same condition. If you have any doubts, open the parcel and carry out a complete check. If you still have doubts, refuse the parcel and notify us. We will not be able to refund the product if this check has not been carried out.

Packaging

We pack and protect all our products correctly in specific packaging perfectly adapted to the dimensions of the products.

Delivery times

Parcels are generally dispatched within 24 to 48 hours after your payment. Delivery times are indicated on each product page. Our stocks are located in France in Ain (01) and Maine-et-Loire (49).

We do not stock all products to offer you a wide choice. To be more responsive with our products, we sometimes ship them from our supplier's stock.

Custom-made products are generally shipped directly from the manufacturing workshop to speed up delivery and reduce transport costs.

Change of delivery address

You can change the delivery address at any time as long as the parcel has not yet been dispatched, just send us your new delivery address by email.

Returns

All return requests must be made by email or via the contact form. Return shipping costs are at your expense. Custom-made products cannot be returned. Please contact us for the return address, which may vary depending on the product.
