We ship our products to France*, Belgium, and Luxembourg.

* Mainland France only.

* For Corsica, please request a quote.

For all other destinations, please contact us.

Delivery method

The standard shipping method is tracked parcel, delivered without signature. If you require delivery with signature, an additional cost applies, please contact us. Regardless of the chosen shipping method, we will provide you with a link as soon as possible to track your parcel online.

We work with national carriers such as DPD, Schenker, Colissimo.

Receipt of goods

Some of our goods are fragile: mirrors, for example. Even though we do everything possible to avoid breakage during shipping, it is very important that you check the products in the presence of the delivery person.

We handed over a new and intact product to the delivery person, who must deliver it to you in the same condition.

If you have any doubts, open the parcel and perform a complete check. If you still have doubts, refuse the parcel and notify us. We will not be able to refund the product if this check has not been carried out.

Packaging

We properly pack and protect all our products in specific packaging perfectly suited to the dimensions of the products.

Delivery times

Parcels are generally shipped within 24 to 48 hours after your payment.

Delivery times are indicated on each product page.

Our stocks are located in France in Ain (01) and Maine-et-Loire (49).

We do not stock all products to offer you a wide choice. To be more responsive with our products, we sometimes ship them from our supplier's stock.

Custom-made products are generally shipped directly from the manufacturing workshop to speed up delivery and reduce transport costs.

Change of delivery address

You can change the delivery address at any time as long as the parcel has not yet been shipped, just send us your new delivery address by email.

Returns

All return requests must be made by email or via the contact form. Return shipping costs are at your expense. Custom-made products cannot be returned.
