After the complete validation of your mirror, we transfer the validated plan and specifications to our workshop for production.

What happens if the mirror is broken? Is the transport of mirrors insured?

We hand over products to carriers in new and very good condition packaging, so they should arrive at your place in the same condition. Please systematically check the mirror as carriers can sometimes be careless. If the delivery person does not want to wait, tell them you refuse the package.

If the mirror is broken, no worries, we insure all transports and your mirror will be quickly remanufactured and reshipped, so do not take the risk of accepting the mirror if you have any doubts.

How to size your mirror?

The mirrors are fixed with supplied hooks, allow at least 3 cm above the mirror to slide the hooks onto their mounts.

For more comfort during installation, allow at least 2 cm on each side of the mirror to pass your fingers. If you prefer to stick the mirror to the edge of the wall, you will then need a suction cup to hold the mirror during installation.
